About Our Sprouted Grains...
Golden wheat berries are sprouted, pressed through a special sieve and mixed directly into dough. They NEVER pass through the milling and refining process of flour, thus taking no nutrients out that nature has put in. Nutritionists tell us sprouting the grains increases the vitamin content of seeds, some as much as 500%. Sprouting also begins transforming the starches into simple sugars, making them more digestible, thereby increasing vitamin and mineral assimilation.

Our bread is extremely low in fat, does not contain hydrogenated fats, saturated fats, oils or shortening--only the natural oil from the wheat berries. No white sugar or artificial sweeteners are used in our products...in all of our sprouted breads you will find honey and molasses only.
