Minimum Order quantity is 8 units, any combined variety.

We ship by United Parcel Service on Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays. Orders received by 10 a.m. on these days will usually ship that day if the product is immediately available. UPS does not deliver on weekends, so we do not ship to areas too far away on Tuesday or Wednesday -- unless shipping by air.

When placing your first order, we will let you know what day or days will be the best to ship that order and any future orders you place with us. Any orders that would have 4 or more days travel time will be sent by 3-day select service OR 2-day air (UPS air-guaranteed service).

Payment, as you will find on our order form, is by any major credit card OR by pre-paid money order or personal check. Established customers that have credit extended to them need to pay invoices upon receipt. Customers with invoices 30 or more days past due will not be able to receive any new orders until payment is received. Terms will also change to either credit card or pre-paid orders.

We issue Customer Numbers at the time your first order is placed. Once you have a number, please use it on all orders and all correspondence. Please notify our office of address changes BEFORE a scheduled shipment.

All our products are completely PRESERVATIVE FREE and shipped fresh. For best results, we recommend freezing at the time of receipt. Additional care instructions are available on our Product Care page.

Upon arrival of your shipment, please check to see that it is complete and in good condition. Credits can only be given for quick responses to the newly delivered products, and we ask that you have your customer and invoice number available when you call 800-876-2253 to report a problem.
